Room available in creative home!!!

Hiiii!

I'm moving to London for a placement and am looking for someone to sublet my room in the sweetest home ever to grace your path!

Subletting because I'm planning to return (love it so much)

You'll be sharing with the loveliest girls - Teresa, an artist who wfh and Mollie, a journalist who wfh once a week, both 27 years old. We're all such great friends so I'm hoping to find someone social, with a good balance of independent time and hanging out together. Expect movie nights, bbqs, painting in the garden - wholesome vibes.

We're also mates with our neighbours (three v cool girls) and all chill together from time to time.

The girls are tidy and super respectful - communication has always been a strength here. Really feels like a family x

Room will be available from July to December. Looking for someone ideally to move in 1st July - rent goes out 1st of every month.

I'm looking to return in January so need rent to be covered up until then. Asking for a £200 depos as I'll be liable for the room, so if there are any damages I don't want to pay out of pocket!

Bed is a kingsize and suuper comfy!! There is tons of storage space too. I didn't really decorate too much regretfully so if you wanna hang stuff up to make the space feel more like your own please do! :)
