Spacious double room avaliable, looking for a replacement tenant ASAP! Desk, wardrobe, drawers, shelving space and bed included. Not en-suite but right opposite a bathroom that’s only shared by 2 other tenants. (Few belongings left in the photos will be cleared out fully before move in)

The house has a shared living room and kitchen, with plenty of cupboard and fridge space. Washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Large garden area perfect for bbq’s and gatherings in the summer :)

The current tenants are very social and friendly, always down for a movie night or a night out! All going into their third year at MMU, mostly on creative courses but a good mix overall.
