Double room in friendly 6 person house share available to rent. Perfect location in Withington located next to Wilmslow road with frequent buses to and from the city centre all night.

It’s located 5 minutes walk from Sainsbury’s and the main Withington high street where all bars and cafes are located. In the other direction, it’s only a 20 minute walk into Didsbury where there is an Aldi and plenty more bars and cafes.

House is tucked away on its own private strip with a front garden. Room comes fully furnished with double bed, mattress, desk, drawers and wardrobe. There is extra storage space in the basement and also a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hobs, two fridges, a freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The house also has a lovely shared living room with a TV.

All bills excluding gas and electricity are included. Which usually amount to somewhere between £30-50 a month depending on the time of year.

I’ve happily lived here for 2 years but am now looking for someone to takeover my tenancy. The housemates are very friendly, quiet and considerate.
