Large room available in a 3 bedroom flat in central Withington. I am moving out at the end of September, so the room will be available on the 1st of October. The house is currently occupied by two others, one professional and one student, both girls.

Bus stop, library, post office, coffee shop, charity shops, grocers and pubs all within a 5 minute walk, and the bike path leads all the way into city centre.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared but kept tidy, and the living room is part of the kitchen. The kitchen and the bedroom both have nice bay windows which get lots of light. There is a nice garden out in the front with a paved area on the side, and parking around the back.
