Right on Withington high street across from the Withington library & bus stop. Looking for a new flatmate to take over my friends tenancy in our 2 bed flat as she’s leaving the country.

Double room includes desk, bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers.
shared space is modern and a decent size with a v. large balcony (scaffolding and rubble on the balcony in pics is temporary and will be removed by Nov ‘25)

About me : I'm Holly! I'm 24, i work as a tax accountant - mostly remotely, but I love music (there's a few guitars on the walls) and making art specifically illustration. Currently trying to improve my cooking skills and trying new things out (so would love someone to give me tips!). Love to chill in the week with a movie and maybe go out on the weekend to the pub or to see some live music would love a housemate who is down for a similar lifestyle . I don't take myself too seriously and love having a good time but also appreciate my own space and always respect when others need theirs too <3
