Spacious house with front and back gardens, a large kitchen, and a big living room. The home is bright and welcoming, with two toilets and one bathroom.

A large, fully furnished single room will be available from January, as my wonderful housemate is moving out. The room has great natural light, and the whole house is furnished — you won’t need to bring anything.

Great location: just 10 minutes’ walk to the bus stop (with many bus routes), 15 minutes to the tram, 10 minutes to the gym, and 5 minutes to big supermarkets.

About me: I’m a PhD student in Education and a psychologist. I’m quiet, kind, and easygoing. I also live with my lovely cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable with cats. As a student, I’m exempt from council tax.
