Double room is super lovely friendly house🏡🌸

Hi! We are a house of 3 right between withington and didsbury.
The house is lovely with a big garden, parking on the driveway, 1 bathroom and one toilet and a big living area and kitchen. We all get along very well and are especially looking for someone that can keep the nice vibes going. ☀️
We’re all clean and look after our home and like to do things together when we’re all available. We are also very close to next door and usually do things as a group with them. 😊 The houses are owned by the same landlord so makes it extra easygoing🫶🏼🌸

I am moving out as I’m buying my own small apartment which is a new adventure, (scary and exciting!) yet I am going to miss this house dearly!
So I am looking for someone to take my place in the house and get along with my lovely housemates 😊
A little bit about them - Lucy works in a bus driving company and is a driver herself and is also a musician, and Taylor works in a lab and loves traveling.
We are all quite creative in the house, whether that’s crafts, music, painting etc. and are looking for similar energy 🌸

Lucy will be taking my room as its a bit bigger and the room available will be the small room. The room has shelves, a wardrobe and a double bed and then a chest of drawers right outside the room which belongs to whoever moves in. The room is small but the living areas are lovely and cosy and that’s what we like🩷
Bills are ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, gas, council tax, and WiFi).

I estimate my moving out date will be around the 20th of October.
