Two bedroom house, looking for a housemate

Spacious master room:
King-size bed. Two and a half massive wardrobes. A huge desk for working.

Double bedroom:
Double-size bed. A huge desk for working.

This house has 2 bedrooms only. So, the living room and the kitchen will be shared by you and me only. We don't need to fight for it.

1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Again, we don't need to fight for the toilet.

🍳 Kitchen:
Features an oven, microwave, hobs, extractor, rich cooker, toaster, pressure cooker, coffee machine, milk frother, portable electric hob, food steamer, air fryer, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
Ample storage space for all your kitchen essentials.

Living room:
55" TV, Sofa, Table, chairs

The rent includes some of the bills for water, broadband, and council tax. It only doesn't include the energy bill. It will be shared with both of us.

Private Parking: Off-road parking available on-site.

Accept a couple with a £100 extra charge for the master room only
