Cosy sapphic house share in South Manchester

Hiya everyone I hope you’re well! I put some feelers out about creating a sapphic flat share a few months ago and this is a more urgent follow up if anyone is now thinking about moving early in 2026 (Jan / Feb / March). Me and Ella (not a couple) are looking for 1-2 people (also not a couple) for a 3-4 bed place and are looking in south manc around withington, fallowfield, didsbury, Chorlton, Whalley range areas. We have a few viewings set up and have found a place we love that’s 4 beds and £1810 available in Feb! We’re looking to stagger rents by room as we have different budgets and want everyone to feel comfortable. The house we like has 2 bathrooms plus a loo (vital), 2 reception rooms and a cute backyard. The kind of house share we’re looking to make is a mix of communal vibes (open to some communal cooking and a cleaning rota) but also having your own space, neurodivergent friendly (we’re both audhd), and has respect for people’s need to hibernate in their room sometimes but also host themed parties sometimes! We’re also both fairly clean and Ella is sadly allergic to cats.

Ella (28) is a writer / part time administrator at a film school and loves reading, theatre, gigs and nights out, planning events, and is learning to DJ. I am 25 and I’m a community fundraiser for Shelter and also am one of the organisers for dykes who hike and dyketopia. I am really into hiking, yoga, crafts, cooking, swimming, running, baking, board games, and volunteering at a cat shelter (in case you need a cat fix).
