Room takeover until end of tenancy

Need someone to takeover my room in a house with 3 other guys for 5 months from 1st March until 31st July.

Furnished west facing double room in a friendly house with 3 friends. This room gets the sun for quite a lot of the day so is lovely and bright on a sunny day, comfy double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk all provided in the room. In a great location, all the 42/43/142/143/111 buses really nearby, Burton Road about a 10 min walk away and Didsbury Village a short bus or cycle down the road.

Housemates are: 3 lovely lads, Cal and Luke work as events technicians and Fionn is in insurance, big music heads so we've got some decks set up in the basement and Luke is in a band. It's a pretty social house, but everyone's also comfortable with their own space. We've got a TV in the living room and a garden through Luke's room for summer where we often have BBQs. Lovely kitchen with gas hobs/oven and air fryer. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each.

Looking for: a like-minded person, someone clean, friendly and sociable. Someone who would be up for heading to the pub or watching a movie in the living room but is just as comfortable with their own space. Would be good if you fancy popping round to meet everyone and have a chat to see if you're a good fit :)
