Friendly house share room available!

Come and join me (El, she/her, 27) and my housemate Ella (they/them, 25) in our wonderful houseshare in Withington. Our current housemate is moving to London after 3 years and we would love to find someone to take her room from February. It is the downstairs room.

We are a sociable house, love eating dinner together or going to the pub, and are good friends - but equally have our own social calendars and spend time alone! A perfect housemate would be a tidy, LGBTQIA+ friendly, professional around 25-35.

We have a lovely little garden and Ella is fantastic at growing veggies, fruit, and plants for us all.

Rent is super reasonable, plus bills. We share cleaning duties and are respectful of each other at all times (keeping communal spaces clean and noise to a minimum).
