We’ve got a spacious double room available in our 4-bed, all girls house in Withington from 1st March.
The rent is £515 per month (bills not included), and you’d be living with three friendly girls in our 20s who work full time. The house has a large kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and a lovely garden.
We’re looking for someone kind, tidy, and LGBTQ+ friendly who’d be a good fit for the house! You’d be taking over my tenancy as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. The lease runs until 30th June, with the possibility to extend if the rest of the house agrees.
Deposit: £548 Room: Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk.
Location-wise we’re in a great spot, just a short walk to bus stops and shops, with easy access to the city centre, plus loads of cafés, bars, and parks nearby.
