King size room available for Sublet

Hi there!
I live in a lovely and cosy home in South Manchester with my two flatmates.

Posting this from my flatmates account (for context as I haven’t updated the picture)

I’m away from early March visiting my family at my home country and then away abroad for work.
I am looking for someone likeminded to move in and enjoy the property with the lovely house mates whilst I’m away.
The landlord is aware of this arrangement and is okay with it so all good there 😊

About the house:
The house has a large living room area with big windows to let natural light in. Downstairs we also have a big kitchen, a small toilet and access to the garden and storage.
The garden is bright and lovely so perfect to enjoy spring days.🌳

Upstairs we have the 3 bedrooms and main bathroom. The bedroom you will take for the sublet is the largest in the house and I’ve made sure there is enough space in drawers and wardrobe for clothes as well as the storage spaces downstairs 😊

The space is perfect for someone that might be looking to move but is struggling to find somewhere so looking for an in between stage to have more time, or a newbie to Manchester!

Rent is £600 and this includes rent and ALL BILLS. (Council tax, water, gas, electric and WiFi).
I’m happy to be flexible if by the time to you move out it hasn’t been a full month and only charge per week for example so you’re not overpaying your stay) xx

Move out date would be early/mid May but we can discuss this as well as I can be flexible and stay at my partner’s house if you need a bit of extra time to move.

About the flatmates:
They are lovely and enjoy doing things together like a movie night in but also have our own lives independently. 🩷
We are LGBTIQ+ friendly of course! 🫶🏼
