My lovely flatmate is moving back home so I'm looking for another lovely whoever to take her place in our flat in Withington. Her last day of tenancy is 26th June and she will be here until pretty much the last day so 27th onwards availability.

The flat is 1st floor, 2 bed with an open plan living room/kitchen with separate toilet room and bathroom.

Price listed is just rent but expect to pay approx. 700pcm with bills.

-The building!

The building is part of a 2 building property with a green space in the middle. There are communal bins and parking spaces and ubers are always really easy to get. The building is on the main Withington road and you can see the Withington library bus stop from your window so commute into the centre is real easy.

Please note - this property is quiettttt. It's mostly families, older professionals and elderly people that live here making it a really peaceful and lovely atmosphere. This is not a house party block or a place where early hours debauchery will be tolerated unless you want multiple passive aggressive 'just so you know' notes through the post box.

I'm Ellen, 28 year old 'professional' (lol). I work between the hours of 8am and 7:30pm Tuesday-Saturday and when I'm not working, I love having a mooch around charity shops, pubs, galleries, and stocking up on my instagram references to maintain my chronically online reputation. I enjoy going to events and having drinks with friends but the flat is usually somewhere where I come back to unwind and recharge so I'm looking for someone who keeps the nice vibes and doesn't wake me up at 3am or make me live with their boyfriend/girlfriend (gross barf horror)

No terfs or zionists please.
