Room available End of May/Start of June

I am moving out of my house in Withington at the end of May/start of June (I can be flexible to meet your needs of when you need the room!). This is the biggest room in the house and all bills are included! Really lovely housemates who I have become friends with but unfortunately have to move out. Sociable house but also great if you need your own space too.

This is the biggest room in the house and comes fully furnished with bed, drawers, wardrobe and a desk and chair if needed (not pictured as it’s in our upstairs storage space as I don’t use it).

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 ovens and hobs and 3 fridge/freezers so never feels cramped. Also come with a washer, a dryer and has a big garden and parking space. There is also a cleaner who comes to clean shared areas which is included in the price along with all other bills.

This will be taking over my tenancy which ends at the end of June but the landlord has said that this can be extended into a new tenancy if you wish, which will be in line with the new tenancy laws.
