Lovely house in Withy looking for a new housemate

Myself and my best mate Anna are looking for a new housemate to join us in our cute little home in Withington. Its a really lovely place with a garden & nice kitchen & bathroom etc. The bedroom itself probably isn't big enough for a double bed but you wouldn't be paying as much rent as us 2 to reflect the size of the room.
