hi, i’m looking for a student (female) to take over my flat tenancy from 3rd july 2026 – 29th june 2027
the room is £175pw including bills (electric, wifi, gas & water).
£495 deposit has already been paid by myself but would need to be paid by the new tenant.
you would be living with 4 other female UOM students aged 19 going into a variety of 2nd year undergraduate degrees
the cosy flat will have a balance of being social and friendly while still being relaxed and comfortable
the flat is located on wilmslow road in fallowfield
i’m unfortunately withdrawing from my studies quite late due to unforseen circumstances which is why i’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy asap
i don’t currently have loads of photos, however manchester rent a home (landlords) can likely arrange/provide a viewing if wanted. i’ve attached a floor plan to the post as well
please comment on this post if interested and i can dm with any more info
