Tenancy takeover in Withington, girls house of 5

Looking for a student (girls preferably) who is looking to join 4 other lovely 3rd year girls in Withington. The girls all attend the university of Manchester - and may especially get on well with a fellow humanities student in 2nd, 3rd or placement year.

Location: less than a 5 minute walk from buses, corner shops and the high street with many late-night food offerings (I recommend Nabzy's)

Attached are older photos- the bathrooms and kitchen have since been renovated. No photos of the garden - but it is spacious with a considerable grass area. Bedrooms have not been selected apart from the largest room- the other bedrooms are a similar size- one downstairs the rest upstairs.
