The house is a 4 bed 2 bathroom house with a large living room and big kitchen that backs on to a lovely big garden.

The house is located 10 minute walk from the withington high street and very close to The Christie Hospital, as well as plenty of bus and tram stops in close proximity.

We split WiFi, electric and gas bills as well as council tax between the 4 of us and that comes to roughly £120 in bills on top of the £423 in rent.

Newly installed fridge freezer and dishwasher within the last year.
