Bedrooms Available in a Friendly Postgrad House

Hi l'm Gabi! I'm 24 and completing the final year of a MSc in Occupational Therapy. In September Im looking for some new students to fill this cute home! I have been living here for a year and love having a large garden and outhouse!

Already joining the house is Emma (23) from the US and her cat Poppyseed (see picture). Emma is starting an MEd in Educational Psychology. Poppy is 1 years old, very friendly and sweet!

We are looking for other mature or postgrad students who are kind, reliable and respectful of the space! LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent friendly <3

The house is a 5 bed with a open plan kitchen and living room area. There is an outhouse with the laundry room and another sitting room. Rooms 1 and 2 are downstairs, there is a toilet under the stairs. Room 3 is upstairs and upstairs, upstairs is the shared bathroom with the shower.

Perfect distance from a range of public transport- 5 min walk to 142/42 bus route, 15 mins to Mauldeth Road train station, 20 mins to West Didsbury tram stop. On street parking is available- last year permits were free.
