Newly renovated to a very high standard. I have owned this 4 bedroom victorian terraced and lived here since March and have been renovating since. The rooms are renovated to a very high standard. I am looking to rent 2 rooms out to professionals who like to live in a nice, clean home. I have previously rented rooms and have developed friendships with housemates. I too used to rent in house shares and so have included the luxury elements I felt was missing from where I used to live. The bathroom is shared and there is an additional toilet/sink downstairs. I am a teacher so will be looking for housemates that don't work from home, conscious of not wanting to disturb people's work when I am on holidays from work. It has a lovely small garden to the front and rear. All bills included so its one simple payment monthly.
