Double Room in lovely, bright flat on Palatine Rd

I’m Andrea, 32 and looking for a flat mate and hopefully friend to live with me in this AMAZING flat. Sorry for the timing as this flat is just beautiful in the summer which you are just missing but will discover in the new year!
The flat comprises of two balconies - one small one on the living room and another large stretch balcony which spreads across the front of the flat and adjoins onto the bedroom currently available - so you’ll get lots of light and direct access to the balcony from the room.
This is a furnished flat including bed and wardrobe etc in the room along with all the kitchen utilities which I sorted when I moved in a few years ago.
My friend that I moved in with is moving out with her partner, hence my looking for a new flat mate. The flat itself is really spacious and you really can’t beat the location!
There is a car park which allows one car space per flat however you can get a parking permit for the surrounding area. My housemate and I share the space and switch over every couple of weeks currently and it works fine.

Location:
Palatine Road, just down the road from Lapwing Lane and West Didsbury tram stop and also the Withington high street. Fog Lane park is also only a short 10/15mins walk away.

About Me:
So moved to Manchester from Milton Keynes 5/6 years ago and love it here! My job is still based in MK so I end up travelling down for work for about a week a month and then work from home the rest of the time. I also have friends dotted all over so do end up travelling around quite a bit.
I love going to see live music/gigs, drinking wine and beers and going to pubs, reading and watching good tv shows and movies, Cinema, day drinking and exploring Manchester as I still haven’t done enough of that. I love popping to a nice park and going for a walk after work.
Ideally looking for someone who would like to occasionally pop out for a drink after work/on the weekends, someone who likes a tidy space and if you’re good at gardening even better as I started a balcony garden and then realised I don’t know how to care for plants one bit!!

Boring but essential bit:
Rent is £675 (although landlord tries to up it to £700 most years which I’ve so far been able to avoid but just a heads up).
Bills roughly come to £185 each a month for everything (minus WiFi as might need to sort that).
Council Tax - Band C
Total is around £860PCM per person.
