5 Students looking for extra housemate

We are 5 students looking for another male housemate to even things up! Preferable final year, looking to work but up for regular pub trips up and doesn't spend all free time locked in their room. We are looking for someone who's outgoing, sociable and who wants to integrate into the house. Our average week would be most days in uni with maybe one or two nights going for chilled drinks, then go out on weekends.

The house is in a great location in the heart of Withington on the highstreet, on the main bus route. Every room in the house is a good size, it has a lot of character Eg- wooden staircases and exposed brick. Internet come included and theres a roof terrace out the back which will be perfect when its warmer.
