Cosy home and happy cat - Short Term Available

Hello!

My name's Emma, I'm 30 and a surveyor for a property firm in town.

I have a double room available and looking for a cheerful housemate to share with.

The room comes with double bed and fitted wardrobes providing good storage space.

The house is in a lovely quiet part of Withington. It is only 15 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on Burton Road and well placed for buses and trams.

I have house shared for many years so am easy going and enjoy sharing my space and chatting over the odd glass of wine! My hobbies mainly consist of cooking and eating with the occasional bit of yoga thrown in.

As well as me Ralph the cat is also a resident, he's very well behaved but certainly won't say no to some attention!

I am looking for a professional person. My work does mean I can have some late evenings during the week but it is not a party house and I respect my housemates need for sleep and would be looking for the same.

I am also more than happy to consider short term lets.

The all inclusive cost is £400 pcm, this includes 50mg internet and Virgin Media TV services.
