The house comes with a garden and all the rooms are furnished throughout. rent for the property works out at £68 pounds per week (bills excluded). The house is located close to Wilmslow Road which has lots of transport links to both Manchester Universities and the City Centre

There is a half price rent payment for summer but if you are not moving in until September we wouldn't expect you to pay anything for the room over the summer.
