This house is available for rent now, it has three double bedrooms and has recently been refurbished. Great location on the highly sought after St Paul's road, 2 min walk to shops, cafes and transport links on wilmslow road in withington.

I am 22 and looking for two sociable housemates, male or female but preferably at least 1 female. I enjoy nights in but also a night out every now and then and I'm easy to get on with
I only recently came back to Manchester for a job and I've had difficulty finding a good sized room this late, all the good ones are being snapped up so quickly so I thought I would try this out. If you're in the same situation as me then this house would be perfect! £850 rent in total per month excluding bills so works out about £283. 3 per person.
