Room Available in Manchester Home JAN-JUL 2015

I'm studying abroad in the 2nd semester so from the 14th December my room will be free to rent. Large light and airy room available in fantastic, well equipped 7 bedroom house, pleasant quiet location in a lively student area. Great kitchen with a dishwasher, spacious lounge with T. V., laundry room with a washing machine, 3 bathrooms in the house, a garden out the back and a large drive out the front.

You'll be sharing with 6 friendly, happy, and clean students of mixed discipline - 2 guys and 4 girls. One of the girls speaks fluent Czech and Turkish. Most of the house mates are hard-working but are also big on socialising and partying.

5 minute walk away from the main bus route to the University and Manchester City Centre, and similar walk to the railway station. 7 minutes by train to Piccadilly Station in the City Centre, 20 minutes by bus to both universities.
