Large kitchen fully equipped with appliances - oven, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 2 fridges and 1 freezer and lots of storage space. Dining room table and chairs.

There is a large garden with space to store bicycles under cover from rain. Garden has a table and chairs.

Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Vacuum cleaner.

Large drive way for parking.

Local shops a 5 min walk away from the house including a Co-op.

Bus stop 5 min walk away - well connected with regular buses on Wilmslow Road into the centre and university.
