Front and back garden, with drive although you can always get a space outside. Within walking distance Didsbury village and not far from uni's and hospital. Closest is Christies.

Bit about myself im an active busy sports professional works long hours Like a chat but also like my privacy. Easy going clean and tidy with 2 cats to keep company. Like to keep a quiet stress free house with calming atmosphere.

The rent covers the use of bedroom bathroom kitchen. The front room/Lounge area I use for study. After previous experience of not so clean lodgers I would like someone that is clean and tidy.
We share the cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom putting bins out etc or if this proves difficult for an extra fee we can get a cleaner.
