Large Double Room with Living room - Withington

Due to moving away, we need someone or a couple to take on our room for the remainder of the tenancy (until March 2016).

The room is a furnished double on the ground floor in a shared house. It has good transport links to the city centre via Mauldeth Road train station (7 minute walk / 4 minute run!). 10 minutes walk to Wilmslow road for buses too.

The house has a large shared kitchen with modern amenities and 2 bathrooms.

The room includes a private living room with a sofa and two armchairs. The living room has direct access to the garden via French windows. There is a security gate also. It's like a mini-flat within the house. It is up to you if you want to share this with the other house mates.

All bills are included: gas, electric, council tax and internet. Landlord keeps the house in good order. Very well insulated and warm. For a couple it is £500 per month to cover additional bills.

Professional preferred but students welcome. Sharing with a mix of well behaved, friendly students and professionals.
