The furnished room is located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk from Mauldeth Rd Train station, (trains to city centre take less than 15 minutes).
House would be shared with just myself, I work 5-6 days a week at my own garage repair shop
I enjoy nights out, gigs, gym, having friends over sometimes on weekends for pool and a few beers. Very easy going tidy and friendly. Some weekends I head over to mountain bike parks, or go running locally.
The house is very spacious, with:
-3 bedrooms (box room for occasional people staying over)
-Open plan living room and pool room.
-50" smart TV with basic virgin TV package and high speed unlimited broadband.
-Clean, modern kitchen.
-Large garden area with BBQ facilities
-LED TV with freeview in room
Monday to Friday letting is sound- obviously be slightly less on the rent.
