We’re looking for a friendly, considerate third housemate to join our relaxed and welcoming home in Withington / West Didsbury.
This is a proper home rather than just a houseshare — we’re sociable and enjoy spending time together when it suits, but we also respect each other’s space, routines, and downtime. We’re looking for someone on a similar wavelength who’s easy to live with and happy to contribute to a calm, positive household 🫶🏼

🛏 The Room
The room is a furnished double bedroom and is very cosy and comfortable, with a double bed and a good amount of storage. While it has limited floor space, it’s ideal for someone who doesn’t need a large bedroom footprint. Due to the room size it isn’t suitable for full‑time working from home, however hybrid working is absolutely fine — the shared living room works well for occasional home working 💻

🏡 The House
The house has a shared living room, fully furnished communal spaces, and a lovely garden which is perfect in summer for BBQs, relaxed evenings, and socialising 🌿☀️ There is also off‑street parking available.

📍 Location
We’re ideally located between Withington and West Didsbury, around a 10‑minute walk to Burton Road and Withington High Street, both of which have great restaurants, cafés, bars, and takeaways. We’re also close to Hough End Gym and Withington Baths, which is super handy. Transport links are excellent, with the 101, 103, and 111 buses all within 5–10 minutes, nearby tram stops at Burton Road and Withington, and easy access into the city centre 🚋🚌

💷 Rent & Bills
Rent is £550 per month and includes all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, broadband, WiFi, and TV licence). The deposit is £550, and the room is available now with a flexible length of stay 🌸

We’re two professionals in our mid‑20s, friendly, respectful, and tidy. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈 and while this isn’t a party house, it’s not silent either — a comfortable middle ground.

Ideally a professional or mature student, roughly aged 24–30 (flexible for the right person), non‑smoker, clean, considerate, and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
