Large bedroom available in Withington

Hello :)
I have a room available for the next acccademic year.

Its the biggest room in the house and it is lovely! It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside draw, large chest of draws , a desk and a chair.

The house is clean and respectful so a similar person is a must - a party animal would not be appropriate.

The house has a garden front and back, a drive, washer, drier, large kitchen and diner area with 2 sofas a tv, table, chairs, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle.

Its £100 per week with a bills included.
The house is lovely and in a nice area close to the main bus route into Manchester.
