En-suite fully furnished double room, available at a reduced rent (bills included) in return for looking after one airbnb room. This would require cleaning the room, if a guest has stayed washing/ironing the bedding and generally helping with guest checkin when required (as it is a self checkin). This would probably be suitable for a single person. They need to be clean, personable with good communication skills. Cleaning needs to be of a very high standard; experience required. It is a quiet house, not suitable for ‘party people’. The property is a mile from Manchester Airport in the Woodhouse Park area. We are looking initially for someone on a 6 month contract (after a trial period) with a view to extend.
