Hello, I'm Michael and I'm a live in landlord with a double room to rent in Wythenshawe.
The house is a spacious, three bed end of terrace with a good sized garden. The room is not ensuite so it's a shared bathroom but there is a downstairs toilet. I moved in two years ago and it's still a work in progress as I slowly learn DIY skills..!
In local vicinity:
- tram stop (2 min walk)
- bus stop (2 min walk)
- post office (2 min walk)
- Forum shopping centre with gym (10 min walk)
I'm a laid back, outdoorsy type into keeping healthy and active. Like cooking, trail running and going for weekend trips in my van.
I'm looking for a tenant that's laid-back and tidy but otherwise open to people from all walks of life. I tend to have people on 3-6 month stays but open to longer.
