The rooms are lovely bright and clean, they are well equipped with new furniture, bed, fitted fired doors and private locks. Shower rooms are modern style.

There is also front and back garden with a shed , off road parking. Shops and transportation are all within walking distant including buses, trains and tramways.

All bills are included and free fast wifi.

Overall , it's a lovely house sharing environment, we expect tenants to respect other housemates with cleaning up after themselves in the communal areas and live together in a civilise way.

A deposit and first month upfront will be required. We'll also ask for your work reference details.
