2 bedrooms available in a spacious 3 bed property

i have 2 bedrooms available to let. I have had many lodgers before and all my tenants have stayed for a varying amount of time. I have had people from all ages and differing sexes. I would ideally like to let the large furnitured double room to somebody but the smaller furnished room is also available. I live on a very quiet road with ample safe parking. My local shops are a 30 second walk away and provide all the household goods a person may need. There is also a pub (a min away) and 3 different takeaway's, launderette and hairdressers/barbers too. The bus stop is again a minutes walk away and offers regular transport options to manchester, stockport and altringham. The airport is a 15 min walk and so is the civic centre. I have owed the property for nearly 5 years now and have been extremely happy in this area. I am offering a room/rooms to let to the right person and am confident whoever moves in will be safe and happy with myself. I look forward to hearing from all potential tenants.
