I have a double bedroom available which is fully furnished with double bed, good size wardrobe desk, and extra storage unit. 👍

The house comes with a Fast Internet, Netflix, Catch up TV, and we have a shared driveway.

It is a three-storey, very well maintained property in a new development, in very popular area of Worsley.

There will be maximum three people living in the house including you. I have my own floor and your room is on the top floor. I also have my own living room on my floor as there are two in the house so plenty of privacy for all 🙂 Both of us are super clean, genuine, easy-going, and respectful of other people.

The girl you be sharing the floor with is very friendly. She works in Manchester city center and take train to work, (only 5min walk from the house) I work as Estate Agent weekdays and some Weekends. The property is perfect for someone who like a low key peaceful space.

Worsley is one of the most popular and desirable areas with very easy access to all motorways and walking distance to train station and bus stop. < 5min

I also have a dog his name is Biscuit the cockapoo. He is 2years old and our best friend ❤️ he is hypoallergenic, doesn't shed, bark or smell, he literally sleep with me so it's very clean and honestly think he is a human 🙄😅🥰

He has plenty of personality and once he loves you, he loves you for life 😍
