I used to be a live in landlord, but have since moved out. However, I still care for it like it is my home. There is currently one male and four females in the property. I bought this property because it is in an amazing place to live in a safe location and very close/accessible to Manchester. Commute into Manchester using either of the available public transport routes (15 minutes walk to Walkden train station, 5 minutes walk to the Vantage (V1 / V2) bus service to the city or by car). All these transport methods take around 20-30 minutes into the city centre.

There are restaurants and grocery shopping approximately 10 minutes walk from the property. The Walkden Shopping Centre is 20 minutes walk (5 minute drive) where there are useful retailers such as Aldi, Tesco, Nandos, McDonalds, M&S and many more.
