The house is close to good pubs when they’re allowed to be open and conveniently located for bus routes into the city centre (around 40 mins). 15-20 minute drive to Trafford centre or Salford uni.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac road with a large downstairs and spacious garden with a large tree and a little stream down the bottom. The rear of the house overlooks the Marriott Golf Course.
