Double room to rent in Mosley Common - from august

I’m looking for a female housemate to rent my spare double room.
I live in Mosley Common, near the guided busway into Manchester.
Parking is available at the side of the house.
Room to rent has a double bed, wardrobe, side table, blinds and curtains.
The house is very well presented, with 3 toilets and 2 showers. My room is an en-suite and then there is a separate bathroom with a bath and shower which can be primarily yours.
You will have to like dogs as I have a cocker spaniel. She is very friendly and comes everywhere with me / to my family’s house if I go out etc.
I work from home 4 days a week.
Looking for someone tidy, respectful and sociable. I am out and about a lot but am open to doing things together and being friendly too!
