Furnished double room for rent

Furnished double bedroom available from the start of February. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant, this includes a bath and a shower.
There is a parking space available on the drive. In the kitchen there is your own cupboards with use of all utensils and cutlery etc. washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster all available.

The house has two tenants currently, both working professionals. The house has a pet dog, so new tenant has to be okay with dogs. We are both very very clean and keep the communal areas clean at all times. Neither of us are drinkers and have lived together for the past two years.

All bills are included in the rent and a deposit to be paid which will be returned once tenant leaves. Rent is to be paid upfront on the day of moving in
