Double room in lovely, spacious home with two bathrooms, wood burner in the living room, conservatory, parking space, tool shed, gardens and a gorgeous black cat.

The house is in the Ellenbrook area of Worsley, so it's really convenient for the M60 ring road around Manchester, the M62 East and Westbound, as well as the East Lancs Road into Manchester or Liverpool. Three-min walk to the VI, V2 express bus service to Manchester City, all three universities and the Manchester Royal Infirmary. About 3-minute drive (approx 13-minute walk) to Walkden Rail Station, which has a really big, free car park. Great country walks on the doorstep too, e. g. Worsley Woods, plus RHS Bridgewater is within walking distance.

The double room for rent has a spacious wardrobe, brand new Loaf Provencal double bed (though the mattress is not new, but very comfortable), and the upstairs bathroom is close.

Would suit a mature PhD student or older professional looking for a proper home and one that's quiet, tidy and clean.

I'm not in any rush; I'm offering a home as much as a house share and so finding the right person is more important than filling the room. Plus, you'll need to be a cat lover as mine is very precious to me and it's her home too.
