Available Room to Rent in 2 bedroom Terrace House

I currently live at a 2 bedroom terrace house, Due to changes of circumstances in my life, the spare bedroom has become available.

The room is unfurnished as the house was unfurnished when I first moved in. The new housemate will be required to purchase their own bed, desk etc (I am willing to help with collecting these items from IKEA etc).

Your bedroom will include a built-in full length wardrobe, I currently occupy a third of this and would like to retain that, while the rest of the space would be at your disposal.

We have a shared bathroom alongside a open plan kitchen with a fridge and washing machine& dryer and living room alongside a garden at the back. Please note, the living room has now a TV that isn't shown on the photo attached.

I am a young professional who works mostly from home (normally I work from home 4 days a week. I hope that isn't an issue for anyone.

The room is contracted at £515 which would be signed between yourself and the landlord. Bills are around 500 altogether between 2 people (that includes everything, utilities, electricity and gas, water, broadband and council tax - band A etc).
