Single room

Single room with a small double. This is a room in our family home, there is myself, and 21 year old son, we both work. We have a friendly little dog who will greet you lovingly whenever you come home.

I do smoke but only ever outside. So smokers welcomed but no smoking in the house.

We are close to tram/bus stops and motorway links.

You will have use of the bathroom which has a bath with a shower. The kitchen has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a fridge freezer, cooker.

There is off road parking available.

We are a pretty laid back household so no late night partying, but okay with you coming home late.

Looking for someone who is easy going and respectful of our home. We have had 6 lodgers over the past few years who have become like family, so if you would like to become one of our ever increasing brood please get in touch.
