The shared lounge includes a 50” new TV, brand new sofas. Kitchen includes all the amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The house has a drive for parking and is close to a lot of amenities.

The house is situated in a really good spot. It's a 5 minute walk to the metro link, 5 minute drive to multiple large supermarkets and only a 2 minute walk to a local pub, takeaway, hairdresser and local shop. The house is also a 2 minute drive to Wythenshawe Hospital, 5 minutes from the Motorway and only 10 minutes to Manchester airport.

The room includes all bills; council tax, gas, electricity, TV licence and unlimited fast broadband.

My name is Laura, I have recently moved to the area and work full-time at home in an office. I like to be sociable but also like my own space. I am looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6 months and ideally for a professional in their late 20s- 30s like me.
