Looking for a working professional who is clean, tidy, laid back and easy to get on with. I work from home a couple of days a week.
I am happy to take Mon-Fri only/short term lets from one week upwards eg contractors such as Airport and NHS staff.

All Bills included ie Gas, Electric, Council Tax (Band A), Water and high speed Broadband.

Shared bathroom upstairs with shower over the bath and there is also a downstairs WC.
Shared Kitchen/Diner, equipped with table/chairs, electric hob/oven, all pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, fridge freezer, washing machine, and small appliances.
Large lounge area with 4 seater sofa and 50 inch smart TV.
Lovely private garden with ample seating and a shed for bike storage etc.
Security Deposit, £650. Lodgers will need to submit identification and references.
Smoking is only allowed outside (Including me 😊)
Future housemates must be good with cats (I have two)
