Looking for a female individual orcoupled to share

I have been living in the UK with my partner and children since March 2023. Untill August 2023, we have been in a shared living. From September 2023 to till now, we have been living peacefully in a semi-detached house with two bedrooms in Oldham.
Currently I have been working in Manchester Airport since July 2023. My current job contract is full time and permanent in nature. My wife is also working part-time on a temporary contract in manchester airport. We have two kids one is 4 years old girl and the other is 10 months old boy.

Basically, we have moved in a semi-detached 3 -bedroom house nearer to manchester airport to reduce the commuting time for work. We are open to rent sharing for a single/ double room or multiple rooms.
We are peace loving people, non-smokers and we don't have pets. Besides, We are trustworthy, dependable and we maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene. We don't have adverse credit /loan or any kind of CCJ against us.

******We are looking to welcome a female individual or a couple to co-share the property with us in exchange for a reasonable monthly rent. We expect someone like-minded as ourselves in above mentioned criteria.
