We have a single bedroom to let in our 3 bed family semi detached home. We are near city center and local shops/ leisure centre. We are also close to the general hospital.
We have front parking and back garden which is not being used at the moment due to the weather.
We want someone as friendly, kind and considerate as us. We don’t smoke or drink in our house or allow this. Our neighbourhood is peaceful and we have good relationships with our neighbours. You are welcome to come view the room/property upon request.
We have a 5 month baby, a 13 year old a abd a six year old who currently does not live with us.
