Double Room for rent in a Semi Detached House

Hi there,

I’m looking to rent out a double room in my home to the right person. At the moment, it’s just me and my cat living here, so I’m ideally looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and would enjoy having a home where we can get along and have a good relationship, rather than it feeling like we’re simply roommates.

The property is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house that is fully furnished and has everything you’d need for a cosy home. There is on-street parking available, as well as a back garden which is a great place to relax and enjoy during the warmer months.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, socialising with friends, hiking and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy DIY and working on different projects around the house, so there’s usually something keeping me busy!

I work Monday - Friday out the house and visit my parents quite often, so the house is free a lot of the time.
